About the manufacturer

The brand is owned by Marine Resources Development Co., Ltd. manufactured since 2002. His current Managing Director puts the story like this:

"I think I have fish sauce running through my veins. My late grandfather founded his fish sauce company over 100 years ago, and some of my earliest memories are of playing among mountains of fish and vats of hot sauce. Later I remember him showing me around his shop and proudly explained to me how he made such a good product. Many brands of fish sauce have come to market over the years, and yet none could quite match my grandfather's achievement. Megachef Fish Sauce is an attempt to capture that wonderful taste once again. However, this is a new generation of fish sauces: a marriage of past practices with modern requirements. To achieve an authentic taste, the traditional methods were followed, but modern food technologies were used to create the healthiest seasonings with the purest flavors."

Use

The oyster sauce can be used for marinating, grilled food or as a sauce ingredient. Their use is not limited to fish dishes. Meat and vegetables also benefit from the umami of this sauce.
