Description French Piment d'Espelette vinegar
This creation combines French white wine vinegar with sweet sun-ripened tomatoes, seasoned with piment d'Espelette and red Andalusian chilies.
Despite the acidity of 8%, this vinegar has a very mild taste because it has been slightly sweetened.
Use
The vinegar can be combined well with:
- Ratatouille
- onions
- tomatoes
- grilled meat
- lobster, scampi and similar seafood
- sardines
