A versatile and filigree food component of the innovative kitchen are crispy dough rolls, which can be individually filled and integrated into a variety of dishes. However, the production of these, mostly deep-fried, dough rolls required a lot of time and improvisational effort: Baking paper was wrapped around a wooden stick with a corresponding diameter, and the corresponding dough was wrapped around the baking paper. Then the entire construct was hung in the deep fryer, fished out again after a few minutes and this whole procedure repeated itself again for each individual crispy roll. This was the birth of the Crunch-Roll 1.0 - the production of crunch rolls is now elegant, simple and clever.
