Ingredients: SOY sauce (SOY beans, WHEAT, salt, alcohol), citrus juice, water, brandy vinegar, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, BONITO extract, yeast extract, kelp extract.
Similar to traditionally produced ponzu, this soy sauce has the floral notes of various citrus fruits and a strong umami taste. Due to a shorter storage or maturing time than classic Ponzu, the aromas are even more intense and are therefore ideal for hot and well-seasoned dishes.
