Cock's curry pastes consist of a variety of spices and herbs, which make each curry a unique, authentic taste experience. Due to its pasty consistency, the curry paste can be dissolved particularly well in liquids without clumping. With 27 percent chili, the Panang curry paste has a medium level of heat compared to all Cock curry pastes. It is therefore comparable in spiciness to the red paste (28% chillies).
Mix approx. 2 cups of coconut milk with 50 g curry paste, heat in a pan. Add other ingredients such as meat and vegetables and let them cook in the sauce. Add more spices if you like.
