11 x 20 cm, 10 leaves, light beige in colour.

 

A very special technique is used to produce these leaves: The algae are pickled in vinegar, layered on top of each other, pressed, dried and finally planed by hand. The obtained leaves are used in Japan for pressed fish rice sushi. A further idea is to use them as papillote for fish or vegetables.
