Ramen noodles thin straight

Ramen noodles are a specialty of Japanese cuisine. They are made from wheat flour, salt and water and are made with an alkaline salt. This alkaline salt gives them a very special firmness to the bite. This product is a slightly thinner ramen noodle that curls slightly after cooking. They are only regenerated very briefly, approx. 3-4 minutes. They untangle during cooking. The 130 g portion is quite large when cooked, and it may even be enough for two plates.
These ramen noodles go well with special ramen soups based on miso or soy sauce or boiled pork bones (tonkotsu). In addition: Meat, fish, vegetables or eggs, according to your personal ideas.
