Black Sesame Tofu

115 g (100 g tofu + 10 g black sugar syrup + 5 g kinako)

Unlike the soy milk tofu known in Europe, black sesame tofu is made from black sesame, water and starch. It is often served with tea in the afternoon. Japanese black sugar syrup is poured over the tofu and sprinkled with kinako (roasted soy milk powder), both of which come with the tofu.
