Japanese Egoma Balsamico Mustard

Mild yellow mustard seeds combined with egoma, marinated etc. in balsamic vinegar with honey, sugar, soy sauce and spices. Egoma is another word for Shiso, the seed of which is meant here. Unlike the leaves, the taste is not minty. Very interesting mild mustard, complex in taste, with a super-crunchy consistency and a nice look!
