The oil of roasted argan almonds has a noble, nutty-exotic flavor. It is considered particularly healthy and can be used in the kitchen versatile. From refining a cold vegetable soup in the summer, to preparing salads and various couscous dishes to refining desserts and parfaits, there are no limits to the culinary spectrum for which this oil is suitable. It is also wonderfully harmonious with fish and many meat dishes.

The argan tree is one of the oldest tree species in the world, today only growing in Morocco on some 8,000 square kilometers. The particularly resistant tree can grow up to 400 years old and bears small fruits, whose almonds have been processed by the Berbers into argan oil for centuries. A 100-year-old tree yields an average yield of 20 liters of oil per year.
