The products in the Minus 8 range are ideal as finishes for sauces, foie gras, meat, seafood, fish, vegetables, in vinaigrettes, in aspics, to glaze or for desserts.
Aromatic: Aromatic with notes of honey, dried apricots, candied fruits, spices, toffee and caramel.
