Ingredients: yuzu juice, dextrin

 

This yuzu powder was dried onto maltodextrin from the juice of the Japanese citrus fruit yuzu. It is mild with the typical complex yuzu notes without bitterness. Very light yellow in color.

• Yuzu chocolates and pralines
• Patisserie
• Ice cream production
• Savoury recipes
